Snacks with Dairy: Tomato & Cheese Salsa w/ Cornbread Crisps

Ingredients

Salsa:

2 cups diced heirloom tomatoes

1/4 cup red onion, diced

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Juice of 1 lime

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup queso fresco, crumbled

Cornbread Crisps:

Slices of leftover cornbread, cut into small pieces

Olive oil for brushing

Sea salt

Snacks with Dairy: Tomato & Cheese Salsa w/ Cornbread Crisps

Instructions

Mix all salsa ingredients together, folding in cheese last.

Brush cornbread slices with oil and toast in the oven or air fryer until crisp.

Serve salsa in a wide bowl surrounded by crisps.
