Ingredients
Okra:
Fresh okra pods (whole or halved lengthwise)
Olive oil
Smoked paprika, garlic powder, sea salt
½ Lemon
Yogurt-Herb Dip:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, finely grated
2 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
Rinse okra in cool water and pat dry.
Toss okra in olive oil and seasonings.
Grill or air-fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes until crispy edges form.
Mix all dip ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until smooth.
Let chill before serving. Top with fresh herbs and lemon for garnish.
