Tennessee Turn Up: Win Floor Seats to Maddox Batson Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MANY WILL ENTER, THREE WILL WIN. 

1. Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of the United States who are at least 15 years of age and located in the United States or its territory at the time of entry. Participants who are under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to enter. Employees of Southeast Dairy Industry Association dba The Dairy Alliance (“The Dairy Alliance” or “Sponsor”), and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies or other individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of promotion materials and persons who are immediate family or who reside in the same household as persons in the preceding categories are not eligible to participate. Winners of The Dairy Alliance promotions held on Instagram within the previous twelve (12) months shall be ineligible. Voids where prohibited.

2. Sweepstakes Period: The period for entering Sweepstakes will begin on September 20, 2025, at 12:00 A.M. ET and continue until September 26, 2025, at 11:59 P.M. ET.

3. Prize: 1 Winner will receive 2 floor seat tickets to the Lainey Wilson: Whirlwind World Tour on October 2, 2025 at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. (“Grand Prize”). The approximate retail value of the Prize is$1,369.56. Maximum one prize per person. Two (2) selected Second Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Poster autographed by Maddox Batson, with an approximate retail value of $30. Maximum one prize per person. The Grand Prize and Second Prize shall be referred to hereafter individually as a “Prize” and collectively as “Prizes.”

4. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

5. To Enter. Participants must complete the following steps during the Sweepstakes Period:

• Follow Maddox Batson’s official Instagram account (@maddoxbatson) and The Dairy Alliance’s official Instagram account (@thedairyalliance).

• Like the Designated Post.

• Comment BUTTERMILK on the Designated Post.

• Complete and submit form received by direct message.

As an alternative method of entry, the Sweepstakes may be entered by mailing a postcard to The Dairy Alliance, ATTN: Tennessee Turn Up: Win Floor Seats to Maddox Batson Sweepstakes, 5340 W Fayetteville Road, Atlanta, GA 30349. The postcard must include the Entrant’s email address, so that they can be notified if selected as Winner. Postcards must be postmarked by September 26, 2025. Individuals are limited to one (1) entry regardless of their method of entry. Entry via your Instagram account constitutes your agreement to Instagram’s terms of use and privacy policy.

6. Content Restrictions for Your Entry. Your Entry must be your original work. Your Entry must not convey any claims about milk that would be deemed unsubstantiated or misleading if made by The Dairy Alliance. Your Entry must not disparage Sponsor or any other parties. Your Entry must not use the name or likeness of any other individual.

7. Winner Selection, Notification, and Acceptance. The Winner will be selected by random drawing of all eligible entries on or about September 27, 2025. The Winner will receive notice of their selection and instructions for confirming acceptance of a Prize by email on Sunday, September 28, 2025. If a participant under the age of 18 is selected as a winner, the prize may be awarded in the name of the parent or legal guardian, and The Dairy Alliance may require written consent and verification of the parent or guardian’s identity and relationship to the minor before awarding the Prize. Failure to confirm acceptance of the Prize as instructed in the prize notification email by 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2025, shall result in forfeiture of Prize. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. The Dairy Alliance shall issue to Winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of prize constitutes permission to The Dairy Alliance and its designees to use each Winner's name and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any and all media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

8. No Warranties. The Dairy Alliance makes no warranties covering any of the prizes furnished as part of this Sweepstakes. Any prize, and all materials furnished as part of or in connection with this Sweepstakes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Indemnification: By entering, participants (and, if under 18, their parent or legal guardian) agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless The Dairy Alliance, Maddox Batson, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies or other individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of promotion materials (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties"), from all claims or damages arising out of participation in both this offer and/or Sweepstakes and/or any prize awarded.

10. Waiver of Claims: Participants irrevocably waive all claims Instagram, The Dairy Alliance, Maddox Batons and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies or other individuals engaged in the development, production, or distribution of promotion materials (collectively the "Releasees") arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or use of any prize awarded.

11. Privacy Policy: Any personal information that you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by The Dairy Alliance to administer this Sweepstakes, contact entrants, and for the other purposes set forth in The Dairy Alliance’s privacy policy located at https://thedairyalliance.com/privacy-policy/. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to and accept The Dairy Alliance’s privacy policy. For entrants under the age of 18, personal information is collected only for the limited purpose of contacting a parent or legal guardian to obtain required consent if the entrant is selected as a potential winner. No additional data from minors will be collected, stored, or used beyond what is necessary for verification and compliance with applicable laws. This Sweepstakes is not directed toward children under the age of 13, and the Sponsor will not knowingly collect or store personal information from anyone under 13 in violation of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Any entry discovered to be from a child under 15 will be disqualified and deleted. Where required by law, the Sponsor will obtain affirmative consent before using personal data from entrants between the ages of 13 and 17 for targeted advertising or data sharing. No sale of personal data will occur.

12. Additional Terms: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Dairy Alliance reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. The Dairy Alliance makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

13. Governing Law. This Sweepstakes and the rights and obligations of The Dairy Alliance and participants will be governed by and controlled by the laws of the State of Georgia, applicable to contracts made and performed therein without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. All actions, proceedings, or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the State of Georgia, in a court located in Fulton County. Entrant hereby consents to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Georgia located in Fulton County, Georgia, with respect to any action, dispute, or other matter pertaining to or arising out of this Sweepstakes.

14. Entire Agreement. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the entrant and the Sponsor with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior communications, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Official Rules.

Do not enter the Sweepstakes if you do not agree to these terms.
