Ingredients

2 cups fresh basil leaves

½ cup pine nuts

2 Tablespoons garlic, minced

⅓ cup olive oil

1 ½ teaspoon lemon juice

¼ teaspoon salt

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon dried dill

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley

¼ cup whole milk

Instructions

To a food processor, add basil, pine nuts, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, Greek yogurt, dill, onion powder, and parsley. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Slowly add in milk until the dip reaches your desired thickness.

Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend together.

Serve with other dairy dips or dairy snacks.
