Smoothie Popsicle Recipe: Milk & Berry

This milk and berry smoothie popsicle recipe is a creamy, refreshing blend of whole milk, Greek yogurt, and mixed berries. With raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries swirled into a rich base, these popsicles are easy to make, kid-friendly, and naturally cool you down on a hot day.

Ingredients

1 cup whole milk

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen

½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

½ cup strawberries, fresh or frozen

Smoothie Popsicle Recipe: Milk & Berry

Milk & Berry Smoothie Popsicle Recipe Instructions:

In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until completely smooth.

Carefully pour the popsicle mixture into the molds until completely full. Insert the popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.

Place the molds in the freezer on a level surface and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

To eat, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds and gently slide them out of the mold. Enjoy!
