Try this healthier version of dirt cups! Blended with creamy avocado, rich cocoa, and milk, this playful treat delivers chocolatey flavor toddlers love while sneaking in nutrients they need. Ingredients
½ cup milk
2 cups mashed avocado, about 4 medium avocados
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
½ cup chocolate granola
12 gummy worms

Instructions
Add the avocado, milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla to a food processor and blend until smooth. You can add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
Divide the “pudding” between the four cups and place in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.
Place the chocolate granola in a zip-top bag and crush into small “dirt-like” crumbs using your hands or a rolling pin.
Remove cups from the fridge and sprinkle the crushed granola over each one.
Top with gummy worms or other Halloween candy. Enjoy these and other Halloween snacks with dairy!
