Creamy Vanilla Coffee Smoothie

Packed with protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fat, this creamy coffee smoothie offers the nutrients (and caffeine!) you need to supercharge your day. Use this recipe as a base and then have fun playing around with the ingredients. Sub chocolate milk and chocolate protein powder for a mocha-flavored twist or add a tablespoon of chia seeds for a boost of fiber.

Ingredients

1 cup brewed strong coffee, chilled*

1 cup reduced-fat milk

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

1 medium ripe banana, frozen

¼ tsp cinnamon

6-8 ice cubes (optional)

Notes

*Substitute with store-bought cold brew coffee.
