High-Protein Dairy Breakfast: Banana Blender Pancakes

These Banana Blender Pancakes made with high-protein dairy (Greek yogurt) are a quick and nutritious breakfast. They also have oats and flaxseed—just blend, pour, and cook for fluffy, wholesome pancakes in 20 minutes!

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

2 cups rolled oats

1 ½ cup milk

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

2 eggs

¼ cup pure maple syrup

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ cup ground flaxseed

Notes

1 pancake = ½ cup batter

1 serving = 3 pancakes without protein powder = 18.25g

Banana Blender Pancakes for a High-Protein Dairy Breakfast

Instructions

Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (about 30–45 seconds).

Let the batter sit for 5 minutes to thicken slightly.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.

Pour batter into small pancakes and cook 2–3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Top with a drizzle of maple syrup, fruit, nut butter, or a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
