Creamy Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Plain yogurt not only adds creaminess to this tangy dressing, but it also decreases the oil needed compared to traditional salad dressings. Using regular yogurt rather than Greek gives the dressing a thinner texture that can easily be drizzled over greens or tomato slices. Keep the refrigerated dressing for up to 1 week and shake or stir well before using.
