Overnight Oats
This single-serving overnight oats recipe can help you kickstart your morning with hearty rolled oats, creamy Greek yogurt, and your favorite toppings, creating a wholesome breakfast that’s ready to enjoy as soon as you wake up! With 8 grams of complete protein per 8-ounce serving, milk helps you build muscle, stay active, and recover for the day ahead.
Before bed, mix ½ cup of oats, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and ½ cup of milk in a jar. Cover the jar and let it sit in fridge overnight. When you wake up the next morning, top the oats with ½ cup of Greek yogurt and your choice of fruit. That’s it!
