High-Protein Dairy Breakfast Quiche to Fuel Your Mornings

🥛 Real dairy milk provides 8g of complete protein per cup, a nutrient-dense option to help support active mornings.

🍳 This family-favorite high-protein dairy breakfast quiche recipe, made by QB Gunner Stockton’s mom, is a simple, satisfying way to start the day that has fueled him since childhood.

💪 High-quality protein at breakfast can help support energy levels, focus, and fullness throughout the morning. Whether you’re training, parenting, or just powering through Monday, milk delivers real fuel for real life.

How Does a High-Protein Dairy Breakfast Set the Tone for Game Day?

Before the play, the performance starts with breakfast.

For college quarterback Gunner Stockton, his day starts with a slice of his mom Sherrie’s signature breakfast quiche. It's a dish packed with real dairy milk, eggs, cheese, and family tradition, all coming together to deliver naturally occurring, high-quality protein and essential nutrients that help the Stocktons start the day strong.

This season, Milk’s Got Game® spotlights how real dairy milk fuels athletes, families, and fans from the farm to the football field.

“Growing up, my mom always made sure milk was part of my everyday routine,” said Gunner. “It gave me the strength I needed for practice and helped me push harder on the field. Even now, dairy milk plays a central role in my life, keeping me fueled and hydrated through every game.”

What’s the Secret Behind Sherrie Stockton’s Game-Day Quiche?

For Gunner, game day begins far from the lights of the stadium. It starts in the kitchen with Sherrie, who’s been fueling him with smart meals and meaningful support since his earliest days in Tiger, Georgia.

“I always want to give Gunner the best, and that starts first thing in the morning with my signature breakfast quiche,” says Sherrie Stockton.

“It’s made with wholesome ingredients like real dairy milk, cheese, and bacon — plus a whole lot of love. Whether he’s heading to practice or game day, he never skips a good, nutritious start. This recipe’s been fueling him for years. Now it’s your turn to taste the tradition.”

It’s a recipe that connects tradition, family, and fuel, and it’s just one example of how Milk’s Got Game is highlighting real athletes, real moms, and real dairy this season.
